Recently returned from a study abroad trip? how can plp help?
Through reflection students will recognize tangible growth in their leadership competencies and capacities. The Globetrotters will also discover effective ways to verbalize and utilize their experience in future professional endeavors. Reflective components will help students who have traveled abroad contribute to multicultural initiatives on campus. The Reintegration Program will help students to accomplish the following:

Focus: The Globetrotters Reintegration Program will focus on the three aspects (individual reflection – social interaction – civic engagement) of the “Reentry Worm,” created by Margaret D. Pusch, to describe the level of engagement and realization of current emotional state upon an individual’s return to their home country.
